National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a flagship activity of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). The purpose of the scheme is to identify talented students and nurture their talent. It honors and helps talented students of class 10th by providing financial assistance in the form of a monthly scholarship. NTSE is conducted in two levels: State level & National Level. State level is generally conducted in November Month and national level is generally conducted in the month of May. It is one of the most prestigious exams of our country for secondary level students.
A NTSE scholar is entitled to a Scholarship amount of ₹ 1250 per month for class 11 & 12 and ₹ 2000 per month for graduates & post graduates. If you are going for Ph.D. scholarship is given according to UGC norms.

Stage 1 | 1 Mark will be awarded for every correct answer. |
No negative marking for the wrong answer. | |
Stage 2 | 1 Mark will be awarded for every correct answer. |
For every wrong answer, one-third of marks will be deducted. | |
No negative marking for questions left unattempted. |
NTSE Stage I Workshop - This stage is conducted at state level and so it follows state board curriculum. As most of the states follow different syllabus, ALLEN workshops are conducted and designed keeping in mind the state board syllabus which helps other board student to grasp and understand pattern according to state s/he resides. The Subjects covered in this workshop are Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, SSt. and Mental Ability.
NTSE Stage II Workshop - This stage is conducted by NCERT, Delhi and so it follow NCERT curriculum. We conduct this workshop for NTSE Stage I qualified students to help them get prepared for the competition at National Level and for better understanding of all subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, SSt. Language to be removed and Mental Ability.
